Employer द्वारा submit की गई information accurate, lawful और genuine होनी चाहिए। Employer को misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory या illegal job information submit नहीं करनी चाहिए।

• Company और recruiter details सही होनी चाहिए।
• Vacancy और job description genuine होना चाहिए।
• Salary और eligibility information misleading नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• Application process स्पष्ट होना चाहिए।
• Fraudulent recruitment या fee scam promote नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
• किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की personal information बिना authorization submit नहीं करनी चाहिए।

6.2 Review & Approval

Employer द्वारा submitted job listing Kaam India के review process के अधीन हो सकती है। Kaam India किसी submission को approve, reject, edit, suspend या remove करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

7. Job Applications

Kaam India पर उपलब्ध job listing देखने या application link पर जाने से यह guarantee नहीं होती कि user का application स्वीकार होगा या उसका selection होगा।

Application के दौरान users को अपनी personal information, documents, bank details, payment requests और अन्य sensitive information share करने से पहले employer या official recruitment authority की authenticity verify करनी चाहिए।

8. Third-Party Websites & Links

Kaam India पर official government portals, employers, recruitment websites और अन्य third-party websites के links उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।

Third-party website की content, accuracy, availability, security या privacy practices Kaam India के direct control में नहीं होती हैं।

External website पर जाने के बाद उस website की अपनी Terms & Conditions और Privacy Policy लागू हो सकती है।
